[Information] GFMAM launched Project “DX in Maintenance & Asset Management.”
The Global Forum on Maintenance & Asset Management (GFMAM) is a nonprofit organization consist of 13 member societies in the world including JIPM. According to the leader of this new Project Zen(Zensuke) Matsuda (Senior Researcher JIPM), GFMAM launched this project because maintenance and asset management can be some of the industrial areas most favored by the introduction of new technologies, and this opportunity cannot be missed.
He said that “Digital Transformation must have great influence for GFMAM activities, so we decided to get started this project (Apr.2ed 2023), and I asked prominent Professor Adolfo Crespo Marquez (EFNMS: European Federation of National Maintenance Societies) for the Chairman’s position. He is going to take leadership in discussion. And GFMAM member societies start sending proficient experts into this Project. Our aim is to provide GFMAM’s view by the end of this year.”
