The Ordinary General Meeting of Members and Board of Directors Meeting were held on 10th June, 2022 to elect 27 directors and select 6 representative directors.

Yoshihiko KAKIMI (Advisor to Suntory Products Ltd.), who had previously served as Representative Director and Chairman, retired from the Board.

Mitsuru KAWAI (Executive Fellow, Toyota Motor Corporation) was newly appointed as Chairman of the Board.
